Welcome to Stratton Terrace Marketing LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, products, and website hosted on Wix.com. By creating an account, booking a service, or purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
 
1. Services Offered

• SEO Services

• Lead Generation Services

• AI-Powered Marketing Services

• Branded Merchandise (Shop)

 
2. User Accounts
 
Users may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
 
3. Payments
 
We accept payments via:
 

• Wix.com secure checkout

• Square

• Venmo

• Zelle

 
Services may be paid in full or in two parts (50% upfront / 50% upon completion). Final ownership of deliverables (e.g., websites) is transferred only after full payment is received.
 
4. Subscriptions
 
Subscription-based services apply to recurring monthly packages (e.g., SEO, Lead Generation, certain AI tools). You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
 
5. Revisions & Refunds
 

• Website & SEO Services allow limited revisions (defined during the onboarding meeting).

• Refunds are issued based on project completion stage:

   

  • Up to 50% refund prior to halfway point

  • Up to 25% refund after ¾ project completion

  • No refund once final stage is reached

• Merchandise is eligible for a full refund upon return.

 
6. Booking & Confirmations
 
Clients who pay in full will receive an automated confirmation email from Leo The Lion, including a one-hour strategy meeting link and a consent document confirming project obligations by Nicholas Dallas.
 
7. Prohibited Use
 
Users may not:
 

• Submit false, fraudulent, or harmful content

• Engage in unlawful behavior, including anything discriminatory or offensive

• Use our platform for activities that go against spiritual, ethical, or moral standards upheld by our team

 
8. Governing Law
 
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. All disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento County courts.
