Agreement Between: Stratton Terrace Marketing LLC (“STM”) and [Client Name or Business Entity] (“Client”)
 
 
1. Purpose
 
This agreement binds STM to fulfill the scope of services purchased by the Client — including Website Design, SEO, Lead Generation, or AI Services — as outlined in the product description or discussed during onboarding.
 
2. Project Scope & Timeline
 

• Project timelines and deliverables are customized per client and discussed in a one-hour onboarding session with Nicholas Dallas.

• Deliverables and due dates will be finalized in writing after this meeting.

 
3. Payment & Ownership
 

• Clients may choose to pay 100% upfront or 50/50 split.

• STM retains all ownership of project materials, including websites and domains, until full payment is received.

• Upon final payment, full rights are transferred to the Client.

 
4. Revisions & Cancellation
 
Revisions:
 

• Included for Website Design and SEO services only, as discussed during onboarding.

 
Refund Structure:
 

• Up to 50% refund before halfway mark

• Up to 25% refund after 75% completion

• No refund once project enters final delivery phase

• Full refunds available for merchandise purchases

 
5. Confidentiality
 
All client data and project details will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
 
6. Legal
 
This agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Sacramento County courts. By proceeding with payment, both parties agree to the terms set herein.
